Mad Media is a company that specializes in Off-Road Racing and promoting races. This Year End Banger is one I edited comprising of the best shots from all of 2022. This video is created for and owned by Mad Media.
Into the Fray is an documentary style story following different off-road racers or families. This is created for the Unlimited Off-Road Racing Series, UNLTD, owned by Mad Media. This is a story about Kyle Jergensen racing for the Camburg/Magnaflow team. We follow his journey prepping, testing, and racing at two of the UNTLD races, The Parker 400 and The Mint 400.
This is the continuation to Episode 1 of Kyle Jergensen's Into the Fray following into King of the Hammers, the Mint 400, and pre California 300 race.
As a teaser and hype piece for the 2024 California 300, I compiled the best shots from the previous year race of the same name. This video is created for and owned by Mad Media.
50/50 was my senior thesis film where I was the Director of Photography and VFX editor. Businessman John Davis is a family man with a dark secret. By day he is the perfect husband, and by night a gambling fiend. In a series of mistakes, John takes it too far one night and gambles away the family savings set aside for their newborn baby. In a gripping tale of fortune and loss, John desperately must find a solution before his life falls apart. This short won the Grand Jury Award for SDSU's Emerging Filmmakers Showcase.
My passion is to create amazing shorts and movies with cinematography. I am from San Diego, California and graduated Cum Laude from San Diego State University earning a BS in Film, Television, and New Media with an emphasis in Production. While there, I was a Director of Photography and assistant camera working with the Canon C300, Sony a7S iii, FS7, F55, RED Raven, Epic, Scarlett and ARRI Alexa Mini.
I currently work at Mad Media, a production company that focuses on off-roading, as an editor and filmer. I edit a wide range of videos from social clips for in-house and clients as well as long form digital Documentaries for off-road races. Additionally, I use the in-house RED cameras to shoot videos including shakedowns and breakdowns of UTVs, How-To's, and multiple off-road races.
Outside of video production, I am a 6th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and have overcome the physical limitation of having multiple hip surgeries. I persevere through challenges and give my most in everything I do. I have taken Taekwondo since 2007 and taught since 2010. I use skills learned in Taekwondo and implement them in my everyday life and work.
